Settlement Reached in Hog Farm Odor Lawsuit

Wheatland, WY – A lawsuit against Wyoming Premium Farms for air and water quality violations has been settled just days before it was to go to trial. The suit was filed by Richard and Bonnie Johnson of Wheatland, but the settlement is being kept confidential. Wyoming Public Radio's Bob Beck reports that although this lawsuit has been settled, the issue of hog farm odor still has to be addressed.
