Owens to WIndsor

Cheyenne, WY – A bottle making plant that would have meant 150 new jobs will not be coming to Cheyenne. Owens-Illinois announced that it has selected Windsor, Colorado as the site to build the plant that will manufacture bottles for Anheuser-Busch.
