Laramie, Wy – After more than a year and a half of work,
the Laramie Faith-Based Assistance Projects is poised to open a facility that will consolidate services and provide temporary housing for the homeless.
The center is located in downtown Laramie and will be open as soon as the first week in July.
People at the center will have access to phones and Internet-ready computers. It can also be used as a mailing address and will have a play area for children, shower and kitchen.
The most vital service of the center will be referrals to other services, such as help in finding a job.
