Freudenthal Reaches Agreement With Forest Service

Cheyenne, Wy – Governor Dave Freudenthal has reached a short term agreement with the U-S forest service preserving roadless areas in the Bridger Teton and Shoshone National Forests. The agreement says that no new oil and gas leases will be allowed until forest plan revisions and leasing availability decisions are completed.
