Laramie, WY – A Jackson Hole man is waging a war on plastic shopping bags, and he's doing it by handing out cotton tote bags. Jim LaRue raised money from local businesses and residents to buy 1,000 of the reusable bags. He plans to give them away at a supermarket called the "Jackson Whole Grocer" on Saturday.
"It's a small thing. We may reduce the number of plastic bags you see floating around, stuck on fences in the valley here," LaRue said.
