Laramie, Wy – A legislative interim committee may review
proposed changes in the state's lobbyist disclosure laws this year.
The Joint Interim Committee on Corporations, Elections and Political Subdivisions has included the lobbyist disclosure review into interim work.
The committee will review information from the League of Women
Voters and the Equality State Policy Center which requested the lobbyist disclosure study.

Laramie, Wy – Governor Dave Freudenthal Friday
signed into law a wolf management bill.
The act gives Freudenthal authority to negotiate with the federal government the boundaries of a permanent wolf management area in the northwestern corner of the state.
Freudenthal and legislative leaders say they're hopeful the state can negotiate a settlement to ongoing litigation with the federal government over wolf management. But they also say they're prepared to continue to litigate if necessary.
