How does it work?

Obtain the form from your Human Resources Office.  If you need help getting a form or determining if your employer has a matching gift program, contact us at wpmmemb2@uwyo.edu and we will research it for you.  Complete the employee's section of the form and sign it.  Send the form to:

We will complete our portion and forward it on to your employer’s charitable giving department and let you know when we receive the match.  It’s an easy way to increase your generous gift.  Thanks!
