That&rsquo;s according to Marc Homer of the Wyoming Children&rsquo;s Action Alliance.</p><p>The group released a study last week which found that children in Wyoming are faring worse than they were a decade ago. The report considered factors such as teen alcohol use, child and infant mortality rates, the number of children qualifying for free meals at school, and availability of prenatal care for expectant mothers.</p><p>Homer says part of the solution is to warn kids about substance abuse.</p> Tue, 07 Feb 2012 00:43:27 +0000 Willow Belden 19154 at http://wyomingpublicradio.net Kids Count Report Advocates More Education 35 people indicted in drug ring http://wyomingpublicradio.net/post/35-people-indicted-drug-ring <p>The Fremont County Attorney&#39;s Office says 35<br />people have been indicted in connection with an alleged drug<br />distribution ring in central Wyoming.<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The Casper Star-Tribune (http://bit.ly/rVGjbk ) reported that 22<br />of the 35 suspects have been arrested as of Friday.<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The indictments came from a grand jury that met from Nov. 28<br />through the 30th.
